Nathan Solo has been navigating underground techno, electro and ambient since 2013, forged on the floors of the legendary Polygon events and sharing lineups with Rødhåd, Karenn, Levon Vincent, Recondite, Tommy Four Seven, Northern Electronics and the Ilian Tape family.

Now based in Lausanne, he co-founded Pulse Records, a Swiss platform releasing music on cassette and digital alongside zines and printed matter, with a night every two months at Le Bourg. His live sets are played entirely on hardware, with no laptop: Elektron Octatrack and Syntakt, a modular synthesizer, an OTO Boum and an effects pedal. Long-form, improvised and physical, moving between techno, electro, ambient and dub. Ideal length two hours; his longest jam ran five. A graphic designer by trade, he also performs AV shows with his own audio-reactive visuals.

He has played Ankali, Fuchs2 and Gram Record Store (Prague), Le Zoo / L'Usine and La Gravière (Geneva), Institut für Zukunft (Leipzig), HÖR Berlin, Lunchmeat Festival, Shotgun Festival and Festival de la Cité Lausanne. Radio on LooseAntenna Lausanne, TRNSTN Fribourg and Radio Shella Prague.

Nathan Solo navigue entre techno underground, électro et ambient depuis 2013. Il s'est forgé sur les dancefloors des légendaires soirées Polygon, aux côtés de Rødhåd, Karenn, Levon Vincent, Recondite, Tommy Four Seven, Northern Electronics et de la famille Ilian Tape.

Basé à Lausanne, il a co-fondé Pulse Records, une plateforme suisse qui sort de la musique en cassette et en digital, accompagnée de zines et d'imprimés, avec une soirée tous les deux mois au Bourg. Ses lives sont joués entièrement sur hardware, sans laptop : Elektron Octatrack et Syntakt, un synthétiseur modulaire, un OTO Boum et une pédale d'effets. Longs, improvisés et physiques, entre techno, électro, ambient et dub. Durée idéale : deux heures ; son plus long jam a duré cinq heures. Graphiste de métier, il propose aussi des shows AV avec ses propres visuels audio-réactifs.
